1.Who operates SAMCOR
SAMCOR is operated as a trade name and service line of The Futura Group Co., Ltd., a Thailand company, during the pilot validation phase.

4.Infrastructure and third-party tools
We may use third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, email, database, payment, and workflow tools to operate the service.
The third-party tools currently used to operate the SAMCOR website and intake workflows include:

5.Cross-border processing
Because SAMCOR operates across APAC during the pilot phase, information may be processed in Thailand, Singapore, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
6.Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether the data they submit to SAMCOR is suitable for the pilot workflow. SAMCOR should not receive highly sensitive regulated data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7.Inference traffic
The SAMCOR application is currently a control-plane service. It does not route customer inference traffic through the SAMCOR website or application unless separately agreed in writing.
8.Privacy framework rights
Regardless of where you are located, you may request access to the information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, and withdrawal of consent for further communications. We aim to respond within 30 days.
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request access and deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to withdraw consent for further use. We do not sell personal information. Requests are answered within 30 days.
EU and UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Residents of the EU and UK may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time. Our legal basis for processing is consent (when you submit a form) or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Requests are answered within 30 days, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Singapore (PDPA)
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Thailand (PDPA Thailand)
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Australia (Privacy Act)
Australian residents may request access to and correction of their personal information, and may withdraw consent for further communications. We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. Requests are answered within 30 days.
